Biography
Rick Eggleton is Head of SMB Sales and Account Management at IDIQ. He leads the teams responsible for partner growth, sales execution, and long-term partner success across IDIQ’s SMB channels.
He started his career in his family’s transportation business. It gave him a practical foundation in operations and customer-driven growth. In 2013, he joined CoreLogic where he moved into mortgage-focused sales leadership and supported enterprise teams through changing market conditions.
Since joining IDIQ in 2018, he has helped build and scale the SMB sales and account management function. His focus stays on partner programs built to perform over time.
