Brian L. Ponder, Esq.

Brian Ponder is a native of Quitman, Georgia. Brian graduated from Valdosta High School, then moved to Evanston, Illinois, where he attended and graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. After a career in healthcare, Brian Ponder later attended Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree.

Brian is an experienced trial attorney in state and federal courts with a focus on Foreclosure Defense (RESPA, TILA, UCC), Consumer Credit (FCRA), Debt Collection Defense (FDCPA), and the Medical Cannabis industry (compliance and consulting).
