Ari H. Marcus

Ari is the founding member of Marcus & Zelman, LLC, a consumer advocacy law firm. Ari’s practice solely focuses on litigating on behalf of consumers under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act. Over the last two years, Ari has been certified as class counsel in numerous consumer cases, including several multi million dollar cases.
