Allan Marain

Allan Marain is a distinguished legal professional. A member of both the New Jersey and federal bars since 1976, Allan earned his law degree with honors from Seton Hall University School of Law. Since 1977, he has served as an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, playing a key role in resolving disputes through arbitration. His deep knowledge of both law and arbitration processes makes him a trusted authority in the field. Allan has the distinction of being one of the only Arbitrators selected by the AAA to do Consumer Arbitration training.
