Shiva Bhaskar

Shiva Bhaskar is a consumer rights attorney, whose practice focuses primarily on litigating cases involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Shiva is the principal attorney of Gopal Law Group, a consumer rights law firm. He is also the head attorney and cofounder of Tier One Credit, a credit repair firm based in California. Tier One Credit operates on a pay per delete basis, and emphasizes both restoring credit, as well as building positive new credit. Shiva is proud to be at the nexus of credit repair and credit / debt litigation. Shiva has trained numerous real estate and mortgage professionals in best practices for credit restoration & credit management. He has educated members of the South Bay Association of Realtors, Inland Valley Association of Realtors, LeaderOne Financial, Bank of The West, and more. Shiva is a proud member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the American Bar Association, and the State Bar of California. Shiva is a 2010 graduate of the UCLA School of Law, where he participated in Mock Trial, Moot Court and the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. Shiva graduated from UCLA in 2005, with a BA in Political Science.
