Chairman of the Board of CreditDNA Inc., and CEO of CreditLogix Inc. Rusty has been active in the Credit Industry for 36 years. From 2003 – 2006, after analyzing over 1,000,000 credit files, Mr. Bresse introduced Point Deduction Technology® Software into the Credit Industry and this software is now utilized in the United States and Canada. In 2010, ScoreNavigator Inc began selling credit reports to both consumers and businesses. ScoreNavigator products include, Target Score, Manual, and Money simulators along with financial analysis and budgeting programs. Mr. Bresse has teamed up with credit reporting agencies, credit companies, debt management companies, bankruptcy attorneys, auto lenders, and subprime lenders in both the United States and Canada offering a scientific approach to predictive scoring models.
