Greg Gorski

Greg Gorski is a consumer rights lawyer based in Philadelphia representing consumers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and nationally. His practice is focused on assisting consumers who have claims under the FCRA as well as other consumer protections statutes including FDCPA, TCPA, ETFA, FCBA and TILA. Greg has been a passionate consumer lawyer for nearly two decades and is the founder of the consumer litigation firm Gorski Law, PLLC. Greg has successfully litigated hundreds of individual and class action consumer cases throughout the country and possesses significant trial and appellate experience in FCRA matters. He is graduate of Villanova University School of Law and University of Delaware.
