Dan Dwyer is an enforcement attorney in the FTC’s Division of Financial Practices. He works on a variety of consumer credit and financial services issues, including credit repair, debt collection, and automobile sales and financing. Mr. Dwyer was lead counsel in the FTC’s recent BoostMyScore matter—an enforcement action involving tradeline credit repair. He is currently litigating several cases on behalf of the agency, and regularly assists with policy matters in the debt collection and credit repair areas. Mr. Dwyer is a graduate of Duke University and the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
