  • Primarily Credit Counselors, Debt Negotiators, and Consumer Protection Attorneys, but anyone interested in the credit industry should find the conference educational and enlightening.

  • Casual (leave your suits and ties at home). Sometimes meeting rooms can get cold so please bring a light sweater or jacket.

  • We understand that not all attendees who purchase an admission will be able to attend. To help us best accommodate the needs of all attendees and our planning staff, we ask that you read the following cancellation and refund policy before purchasing your registration. You may request a full refund if you send in writing, along with your electronic receipt of purchase, more than 65 (sixty-five) days prior to the first day of the show. You will receive the full refund less a service fee of $25.00 (twenty-five dollars). No refunds, only credit toward future events, will be granted to those requesting refunds within 65 days of the start of the show. If registration is cancelled 65 days or less from the event, there is no refund. The registration can be applied to a future CreditCon event, but must be redeemed within 1 year. Refunds will NOT be given to no-shows. All cancellation requests will be processed within 3 weeks of the completion of the event, if not sooner. All refund requests should go to register@credit-con.com.

  • Registrations may be transferred from one party to another party up to one week prior to the start of a show, after which time no attendee substitutions will be allowed. All substitution requests will be processed within 5 business days.
